Smile and bursting into a laughter is the exercise for our facial muscle. There are several cranial nerves crossing through our face which monitor our motor and sensory function. If you laugh it improves cranial nerve functions in a great way.
Laugh because laughter is a good exercise for our lungs, lower abdomen muscles, improves heart muscle health by invigorating blood flow smoothly into cardiac muscles, thereby reducing chances of heart blockage and cardiac arrest.

Laughter has several benefits and some of the miraculous benefits are mentioned below-

Laughter improves abdominal muscles by natural way of moving our belly up to throw out a loud laughter out with a force. Regular practice of laughter yoga improves efficiency of lower ab. This may include indigestion problem, menstrual problems in woman which may improve ovulating and may also help resolve urinary continence and ejaculation problems in men.

Laughter causes the heart muscle to contract and release your stress out from heart and mind (Mind is home of heart according to TCM). When you finish one loud laughter, the body intake more oxygen in and pump it into the heart and tiny vessels are filled with oxygen in a very efficient way without the use of any medication. This reduces any artery blockages and improves cardiac health. Lowers  blood pressure and hypertension.

Laughter releases a natural chemical or hormone of happiness called Oxytocin in  our blood stream. Instantaneously makes you feel good and uplifts your mood and feel good effect. Oxytocin is also released during love making act, showing kindness and affection to our husband, wife, children or friends and family members is good hormone release therapy.

It is said that laughter can improve our immune system and help us fight viruses and diseases. There is a considerable increase in levels of antibodies and NK(Natural Killer) cells that fight diseases. Research show that laughter therapy can improve our attention span and help us focus better.
